- We offer USPS Ground Advantage for all our shipments, with an estimated delivery time of 3 business days.
- Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on USPS estimates and may vary depending on factors such as your location or delays in transit.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping Rate: We offer $6 flat-rate shipping on all orders less than $100.
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $100
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.
- You can track your package directly on the USPS website or by using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only offer shipping to the USA
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
- We have a 2 week return policy for shoes, apparel, and accessories.
- Give your shoes a test run. If you decide they aren’t the right fit, you can return them in their original box for an exchange or store credit
- Any new or unused shoes, apparel, and accessories can be returned for a refund
- No returns on any nutritional products
- Please call the store (651) 342-2741 or email us [email protected] to set up a return or exchange. You can either bring your product(s) back to the store or ship it back to us.
